David Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David started their career at Cabot Microelectronics as a Product Development Engineer from 1998 to 2003. David then worked at Constar International, first as a Project Engineer, then as a Senior Project Engineer and PMO Coordinator, and finally as a Senior Project Planner, managing packaging regulatory projects. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Commercialization Project Manager at Nestle USA's Pizza Division. David also served as a Board of Deacons at the International Community Church from 2011 to 2012. David joined Graham Packaging in 2012 as a Program Manager, responsible for large capital intensive programs and training cross-functional teams. David later moved to Integrated Project Management as a Project Management Consultant from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they started their own business, MVP Product Development & Project Management, as a Sole Proprietor. In 2015, they joined Graham Packaging again as a Portfolio Manager, Global Food and Beverages. Finally, since 2017, they have been working at Byline Bank, initially as an Associate Vice President and Project Manager, and now as a Vice President and Senior Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives.
