Jake Gross

Jake Gross has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the banking and education sectors. Jake started their career in 1998 as an Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Supervisor at TCF Bank. Jake then joined MidAmerica Bank, where they served as Teller Supervisor/Assistant Branch Manager and later as an Employee Development Specialist.

In 2007, Jake became a Training and Development Specialist at Old Second National Bank and was responsible for developing and administering the bank's Learning Management System.
