Michelle Johnson, CISSP, CERP has over 20 years of work experience, with expertise in risk management and information security. Michelle currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Byline Bank, overseeing operational and technology risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation processes. Prior to this role, they worked as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Byline Bank and as the Vice President and Director of Operational Risk Management, where they oversaw information security, IT risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk management.
