Noel Rivera

Noel Rivera is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Desktop Administrator at Byline Bank since September 2019, Noel oversees desktop systems and server maintenance. Prior to that, Noel has been with ION Group since November 2004, working as an IT Support Specialist responsible for managing desktop systems, servers, and virtualization technologies. Earlier in career, Noel held the position of IBM AS400 Operator, focusing on system monitoring and support. Starting in September 1990, a role as a PC Support Technician at Lazard involved servicing a wide array of office equipment, including computers, servers, and telecommunication systems.
