Stephen Ball has over 27 years of experience in the banking industry. Stephen currently holds the position of SVP Head of Business Banking at Byline Bank, where their role involves connecting retail branches with specialized business bankers to provide exceptional service to customers and identify solutions for local businesses. Prior to this, they served as SVP Market Executive, Business Banking at Fifth Third Bank, overseeing a team of market managers and bankers to deliver customer service and solutions for small companies. Stephen also worked at MB Financial Bank as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Manager, where they grew the business deposit portfolio to a billion dollars through strategic sales strategies. Earlier in their career, they held the role of First Vice President, Regional Sales Manager at LaSalle Bank, where they managed divisions of bankers and achieved top-performing region status for three consecutive years.

Stephen Ball completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994.
