Sharon Chuang

Sharon Chuang is a seasoned Senior Apparel Designer at BYLT Basics since September 2020, bringing extensive experience in apparel design and development. Previously, Sharon served as Head of Apparel Design and Development at Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL) from May 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of designers and managing the entire creative process, from design to quality assurance testing. Successful projects at APL include the Woolmark collaboration and the launch of "The Perfect Collection." Sharon's early career involved various mentorship roles and internships with notable companies such as Trina Turk, Zaid Affas, Eddie Bauer, and Under Armour, contributing to diverse collections and innovative designs. An alumnus of Otis College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Fashion Design and FIDM with an A.A. in Apparel Manufacturing Management, Sharon has developed a robust skill set in trend analysis, sustainable design, and collaborative creation.
