Melissa Gaddis

Melissa Gaddis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and revenue management. Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue and Head of Customer Success at Mason since November 2022, Gaddis previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Pipl, where responsibilities included establishing the company’s first Customer Success organization. Prior roles also include Senior Director of Customer Success at TransUnion, where Gaddis led a global team overseeing client relationships across 66 countries, and Senior Director at iovation Inc., where the focus was on building high-performing customer success teams. Gaddis began their career in various roles, including Director of Implementation at Excapsa Software and Marketing Director at Concordia University. Educationally, Gaddis holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University.
