Cait Grant

Cait Grant is an experienced professional with a background in customer success and onboarding management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Onboarding Manager at Bynder since February 2020, Cait facilitates real-time collaborative edits and approvals, along with streamlined file sharing for creative management. Prior to this role, Cait worked as a Customer Success Consultant at IDEXX from October 2017 to February 2020, supporting veterinary software implementation and providing training for new customers. Previous experience includes serving as a Regional Success Manager for Paint Nite, where optimization of local markets in the Southeast was a primary focus, and internships at the New England Aquarium and the University of Maine, gaining valuable skills in marine biology research and education. Cait holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology and additional qualifications in Applied Marine Research Techniques.
