Zachary Gut

Zachary Gut is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as Managing Director at Thomas H. Lee Partners since June 2022, Zachary is also a Board Member at AMI and Bynder. Previously, Zachary was Co-Founding Partner at Brighton Park Capital, where involvement in raising and investing a $1 billion growth equity fund was pivotal. Prior to this, Zachary held the position of Vice President & Associate at Summit Partners from January 2008 to December 2017. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
