Darryl Hatcher

Darryl Hatcher has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as Vice Principal and 6th Grade English Language Arts Teacher at Byng Public Schools since August 2020. Prior to this role, Darryl worked at Mercy from June 2009 to May 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Talent, Development & Optimization Specialist, Patient Experience-Volunteers & Gift Shop Manager, and Director of Housekeeping & Laundry Services. Darryl also has a background in education as an Educator at Byng Public Schools from August 1997 to 2009 and as a Special Educator at McAlester Public Schools from August 1996 to May 1997. Earlier career experience includes roles in sales and management at Hastings Entertainment from 1988 to August 1996 and Kmart from August 1984 to August 1988. Darryl earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education from East Central University between 1996 and 1998.
