Cathileen Marchese

Cathileen Marchese is an experienced professional in the custom branded apparel and promotional products industry, currently serving as President of BYOG since January 1991. Prior to this role, Cathileen founded California Hardwear in January 1984, where as President, Cathileen developed the original baggy pants, a trendsetter in the fitness industry, and effectively managed a team of 65 sales representatives. Under Cathileen's leadership, California Hardwear experienced significant growth, increasing revenue from 1 million to 10 million within four years.
