Anna Osipov Heymann

Anna Osipov Heymann is the current VP of Business Development at ByondXR. Anna has held this position since June 2018.

Prior to joining ByondXR, Anna was the VP of Growth at Our Innovation Fund. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's vertical strategy, including developing and refining the 3-year strategic plan. Anna also managed the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes, and oversaw deep dives into competitive and financial valuation analyses.

Before Our Innovation Fund, Anna was at Inspace, where they were responsible for integrating insights gained through proactive competitive, market, and business intelligence analysis into the overall vertical strategy. Anna also presented analyses that built consensus with the executive leadership team on the value and prioritization of organic growth initiatives and potential M&A targets.

Prior to Inspace, Anna worked at Atomi, where they deepened integration with all revenue-related functions, including rights acquisition, sales, marketing, content, and external partnerships/third parties. Anna also partnered with management on pre- and post-fundraising executions, including functional due diligence, cultural fit, integration readiness, valuation, financial impact, and long-term integration.

Anna Osipov Heymann has a LL.B in Law and B.A in Government from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Anna is currently pursuing a career in diplomacy, strategy, and leadership.
