Matias Katz

Matias Katz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Byos, specializing in edge network protection, asset invisibility, and secure access solutions since January 2019. Matias has served as a CISSP Official Instructor for (ISC)² since August 2013. Previously, Matias founded and led Mkit from September 2008 to April 2018, providing cybersecurity services across Latin America. Academic contributions include roles as a Cyber Security Instructor at Universidad Tecnologica Nacional and Universidad CAECE, where Matias developed and taught various postgraduate courses from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Matias was a Cyber Security Instructor at CentralTECH between 2009 and 2011 and worked as a Level 3 Systems Administrator at IBM from May 2006 to October 2008, focusing on support for critical IT infrastructures.
