Lucrezia Boncagni

Lucrezia Boncagni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucrezia is currently working as a Key Account Manager at byrd, where they manage B2C and B2B accounts and ensures customer satisfaction through various channels. Prior to this, they worked at Supertext Deutschland as a Sales Account Manager, where they acquired customers and managed accounts of large contract volumes. Lucrezia also held the role of Senior Language Manager and Language Manager at the same company, where they trained employees, managed freelancer profiles, and represented the company at trade fairs. Before Supertext Deutschland, they worked at ALDI SUISSE AG as a Corporate buying and advertising specialist, where they specialized in translation and proofreading in various fields. In addition, they have experience as a Medical Translator at Ospedali Riuniti Ancona and as an Italian Teacher at Volkshochschule Speyer.

Lucrezia Boncagni's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Lucrezia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mediazione Linguistica Interculturale, focusing on community interpreting and translation. Lucrezia successfully completed their degree in 2014.

In 2012, Lucrezia had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Cologne through the LLP Erasmus program. During their study year abroad, they continued their studies in community interpreting and translation.

Following their undergraduate studies, Lucrezia went on to pursue a Master's degree in Conference Interpreting at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Lucrezia enrolled in 2014 and completed their degree in 2017. Their field of study during their master's program was simultaneous and consecutive interpreting.

In terms of additional certifications, Lucrezia obtained various courses related to sales and communication skills on LinkedIn in December 2021. These include certifications such as "Die Wissenschaft des Verkaufens," "Erfolgreich im Vertrieb: Bei Anruf Termin!," "Erfolgreich verkaufen," "Erfolgreich zuhören," "Neue Kunden finden," and "Verkaufen – Grundlagen."

Furthermore, Lucrezia holds certification in SDL Trados Studio for Translators, obtained in 2017. Lucrezia also achieved a Band Score of 8.5/9 in the IELTS International English Language Testing System from the British Council in 2014.

Lastly, in 2013, Lucrezia obtained a DSH Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang certificate with a result of 3/3 from the Kultusministerkonferenz - Hochschulrektorenkonferenz.
