Matías Perrone Muñoz

Matías Perrone Muñoz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matías is currently serving as a Senior Software Solutions Engineer at byrd since January 2023. Before that, from September 2019 to December 2022, they worked as an IoT & Software Engineer at Brite, where their role focused on backend development using Python and JavaScript.

Matías has also founded their own company called saitekiAI in January 2018, where they provided expert field service consultancy and developed a complete Field Service Management cloud solution called MTO Cloud. Matías held the position until September 2019.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Matías worked at Verisure Securitas Direct in various roles. Matías served as a Project Manager from December 2014 to December 2017, overseeing the implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud and Material Cost reduction projects. Matías was also a part of the management team.

Before that, from August 2013 to December 2014, Matías was the Head of the Technical Department, responsible for field customer service, new customer onboarding, technical support call center, product local testing, helpdesk, and local IT operations. Matías played a crucial role in the startup phase of the country opening and configuring products and internal applications for the Italian market.

From January 2012 to July 2013, they worked as a Project Manager, focusing on field service productivity improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction. Matías continued to improve field service productivity and upselling as a Project Manager from December 2010 to December 2011.
