Yoann Robert

Yoann Robert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Yoann started their career as a General Assistant at Intermarché in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Retail Salesperson at Leroy Merlin and then moved to Decathlon France as a Retail Salesperson in 2014. Yoann then joined Chronodrive as an Order Picker in 2013.

In 2014, Yoann started working at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where they eventually became a Team Leader responsible for managing a team of 15 people. Their role involved recruiting, training, and supporting new team members, analyzing team and shop results, and creating challenges to increase trade indicators. Yoann also handled administrative work and created and improved reporting and dashboards. Yoann stayed with Nestlé Nespresso SA until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Yoann worked at Pitaya, Thaï Street Food as an Expansion Manager. Their responsibilities included coordinating and leading other departments for 50 restaurant openings, managing new projects and processes, and involving various departments in project management.

In 2019, Yoann became the International Business Development Manager at Pitaya, where they defined the international development strategy and led the company's expansion abroad, collaborating with other departments such as supply chain, marketing, and operations.

In 2017, Yoann briefly worked as an Operations Manager at ThirtyOne. In 2021, they joined Byrd as an Account Manager and then quickly progressed to the role of Head of Account Management. In this position, they lead the Account Management team, manages daily requests, rebuilds the Customer department structure, and drives cross-department projects.

Throughout their career, Yoann has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects, and improve processes in a high-growth environment.

From 2017 to 2019, Yoann attended INSEEC MSc, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business Management.

In 2016, Yoann attended Campus du Lac: Ecole Professionnelle de la CCI Bordeaux Gironde, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Trade Management. Yoann completed this program in 2017.

From 2014 to 2016, Yoann studied at ESARC, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Commercial Units Management.

In addition to their formal education, Yoann completed a Leadership Training certification from GoSkills.com in June 2022.
