Joel Parker

Joel Parker is an experienced DevOps and Cloud Architect currently employed at Byrider since November 2019, where Joel has progressed through various roles including Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer and DevOps/Cloud Engineer. Prior to Byrider, Joel worked at POLARIS Laboratories® from March 2015 to November 2019 in multiple positions such as DevOps Engineer and IT Systems Administrator. Earlier experience includes roles at Navient, CCreations, LLC, McAlister's Deli, and Courtesy Limousine & Taxi, showcasing a diverse background in IT support, network administration, customer service, and team leadership. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology with a focus on Network Engineering & Administration from IUPUI, completed in 2015.
