Previously, Laura served as the Head of Legal at Novartis' Global Corporate Centre in Dublin from January 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing legal guidance on employee relations, corporate restructuring, and contract negotiations. Prior experience at ByrneWallace from April 2010 to December 2020 included roles as Senior Associate and Associate, specializing in various aspects of commercial law, especially within the technology and life sciences sectors. Laura's legal education includes an LL.M. in European Union Law from King's College London and a Certificate in Clinical Research & The Law from Seton Hall University. Additional qualifications encompass a Diploma in Technology and IP Law from the Law Society of Ireland, along with a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin.
