Patrick Carty

Patrick Carty is a Trainee Solicitor at ByrneWallace LLP, specializing in commercial litigation and health services since January 2023. Previously, Patrick served as a Litigation Paralegal in the Commercial Litigation Department and as a Legal Intern at Tracey Solicitors LLP, gaining experience in personal injury, medical negligence, probate, and commercial debt recovery. Prior roles include Employer Relations Executive and Graduate Trainee at Ibec, focusing on employment law advisory services, and various customer service positions during educational pursuits. Patrick holds a Master of Laws in Medical Law and Ethics from The University of Edinburgh, a Bachelor's degree in Laws from Maynooth University, and a Certificate in Employment Law from Technological University Dublin. Currently, Patrick is enrolled in the Professional Practice Course (PPC) at the Law Society of Ireland and has completed the Final Examination - First Part.
