Angeline Hagen-Barnard

Angeline Hagen-Barnard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Byrnecut Mining - International since March 2022, Angeline oversees HR operations and sales strategy, leveraging a diverse skill set of over 30 competencies. Prior to this role, Angeline has been an Employee Relations Specialist at Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation (Pty) Ltd since September 2016, focusing on HR operations and employee engagement with expertise in 17 skills. Angeline began their career as an Arbitrator at the Ministry of Labour from April 2001 to September 2016, where a strong foundation in customer service and management was established. Angeline holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from Shifidi High School.
