Celeste DeVaneaux PMP, CSM,TQM

Celeste DeVaneaux PMP, CSM,TQM has extensive experience in project management and finance administration. Celeste began their career in 1997 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto Health Care System as an IT Specialist, Process Analyst, Facilitator and Project Manager. Here, they utilized the Total Quality Management (TQM) model to lead cross-functional projects in the areas of healthcare data and records, system integration and infrastructure, and patient care workflow and delivery. In 2001, they moved to the Department of Treasury as a Program & Management Analyst, managing a client account that processed 30M payments totaling $50B per year. Celeste was then hired by Club One, Inc. in 2007 as the Director of Virtual World Programs, PMO. In this role, they were responsible for new product development and software development lifecycles of consumer health products, providing vision and establishing technology roadmaps. In 2013, Celeste moved to PalominoDB, Inc./Blackbird, Inc. as the Director of the Project Management Office. Here, they were a member of the leadership team and provided leadership for a team of project managers. In 2014, they joined Bytecode IO, Inc. as the Director of Finance and Administration. Celeste has a proven track record of success in project management and finance administration.

Celeste DeVaneaux PMP, CSM, TQM has a formal education background that includes a Certificate in Virtual Worlds from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business, obtained between 2008 and 2009. Celeste also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (obtained in May 2014), the Project Management Institute as a PMP, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs in Total Quality Management.
