Adam Stairs

Adam Stairs is an experienced Outreach and Partnerships Manager specializing in Trust and Safety, currently leading initiatives for TikTok across Western and Northern Europe and previously for Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. At ByteDance, Adam has a similar role focusing on external engagement, collaborating with Product Policy and Trust and Safety Teams to enhance community guidelines. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Growth and Partnerships at Kialo, where Adam managed strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, alongside various roles in project management and training. Adam holds a Master’s degree in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Politics, and International Relations from University College Dublin.
