Della Lim

Della Lim is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior HRBP at ByteDance and TikTok since August 2021. With prior experience as a Technical Recruiter at Shopee, Della contributed to the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, and successfully recruited technical talent at Google during a significant expansion period in the APAC markets. Della's early career included internships at notable organizations such as Heidrick & Struggles, DB Schenker, BreadTalk Group Ltd, Alfa Laval, and GSK, where foundational skills in HR operations, data analytics, and administrative efficiency were developed. Della holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Singapore Management University and a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
