Huiting Zhang

Huiting Zhang is a seasoned user research professional with extensive experience in leading research initiatives across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Lead User Researcher at 字节跳动 since January 2022, Huiting previously held the position of Senior User Research Specialist at 阿里巴巴集团 from August 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading user research for 全球速卖通. Prior to that, Huiting worked at 阿里巴巴 from October 2015 to October 2022 as a Lead User Researcher and began the career as a Usability Engineer at Siemens Ltd. China from July 2012 to October 2015. Huiting holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (2007 - 2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Beijing Normal University (2003 - 2007).
