Ilona Chandra currently holds the position of APAC Regional System Strategy and Operations at ByteDance since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ilona led System Automation and Data Solutions at Tokopedia from September 2021 to May 2025, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. Experience also includes serving as Senior Lead - Ads Solutions and Partnership Manager at Qoala, where strategic partnerships were cultivated to boost market presence and revenue. Previously, Ilona coordinated marketing partnerships in Southeast Asia at Traveloka, while also holding an Associate Product Manager role focused on market share growth. Early career experience includes working as an Associate Purchasing Agent at Panda Restaurant Group. Ilona Chandra earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Science and Operations from USC Marshall School of Business, alongside studies at Foothill College.
