Iris Zhang

Iris Zhang is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology and transportation sectors. At ByteDance, from February 2020 to December 2022, Iris served as Product Lead of the PGC Creator Ecosystem, focusing on enhancing creator and content supply, and as Product Lead of Content Ecosystem - Feed Quality, where user satisfaction and trust were prioritized. Prior to ByteDance, Iris worked at DiDi as a Product Operations Manager, driving business goal setting and resource allocation, and as a Product Operations Advisor, where a business model for cross-city carpooling was developed. Earlier experience includes a role at AB InBev APAC as a Global Management Trainee, managing marketing budgets and trade marketing plans. Iris began leadership roles early, serving as President and Marketing Department Leader for AIESEC in Mainland of China. Iris holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sun Yat-sen University.
