Leo Ng

Leo Ng, CSMP®, M.ISMI® is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Global Lead for the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) and Travel Security at ByteDance and TikTok since May 2023. In this role, Leo Ng is responsible for developing global security strategies, managing vendor selections, and mitigating travel risks through established policies and processes. Prior to this, Leo Ng held positions at Spotify as the Business Protection Manager for JAPAC, where physical security operations and crisis management were overseen, and at International SOS as a Regional Security Manager. Leo Ng's career began with the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, focusing on project and event security management, and included a foundational role with the Singapore Armed Forces as a Platoon Commander. Leo Ng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Singapore Management University and has pursued additional educational opportunities at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
