Lucy Wang

Lucy Wang, Ph.D, currently serves as the Head of Lark Data Science & Analytics at ByteDance, leading efforts in an AI-powered productivity platform designed for global enterprise efficiency. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics at Kwai Inc., where substantial teams were built to enhance product experiences and recommendation systems. Experience at Uber as a Senior Data Scientist included developing market pricing strategies and implementing real-time machine learning models, while earlier positions involved demand forecasting at PROS and analytics at Liberty Mutual Insurance and GE Healthcare. Lucy holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Rice University, along with a leadership and strategy certificate from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
