Michelle Xiyao Wang

Michelle Xiyao Wang is a finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Finance BP at ByteDance since December 2021, Michelle partners with the Live Streaming Business Unit focusing on financial budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Michelle held the role of Commercial Finance Manager at Reckitt, managing FP&A and business partnership for Global Cross Border E-commerce from July to December 2021. Prior to that, as Intl Finance Manager at BIGO, responsibilities included providing financial insights, modeling, and support for product operations in the Asia Pacific. Michelle's earlier experience includes a tenure as Collections Assistant Manager at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, where achievements involved database upgrades and international account management, along with roles in accounting and cost analysis. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xiamen University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston.
