Mohan Nadig

Mohan Nadig currently serves as the Head of Legal for North America: Business Solutions & Corporate Compliance at ByteDance, a position held since February 2019, and also contributes as a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law, where a course on "Counseling the Startup Company" is designed and taught. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Legal at Fresno Unlimited, Senior Counsel for Technology and Product at Hulu, and Legal Counsel at Lehman Brothers Japan Inc. Mohan began tenure as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP, following an internship at the Australian Law Reform Commission. Educational achievements include a J.D. from New York University School of Law, a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from New York University, and additional studies at the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies and University of Sydney.
