Phil Alltoft is a highly experienced finance professional with over 40 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Financial Services Partnerships Director at ByteDance since September 2025, Phil previously held the position of Commercial Lead at Novuna from October 2021 to September 2025, where leadership of the Commercial & Strategy and New Business teams contributed to Novuna's extensive network of over 3,500 retail partners in the UK. Phil has also held significant roles at Digital River, etika, Pay4Later, First Data Corporation, Angel Incentives, and Addictive Promotions, showcasing a consistent track record in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
