Rina Ariesta

Rina Ariesta is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial services and digital payments. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at ByteDance since February 2024, Rina previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at PT. Semangat Gotong Royong (Dhanapala) from April 2022 to July 2024, where profitability was achieved by significantly increasing disbursement volume and revenue while managing risk. Rina also worked at Tokopedia from October 2019 to January 2024, excelling in financial planning and analysis, and leading financial planning efforts for fintech and payment initiatives. Additionally, Rina gained experience as AVP of Unsecured Business Planning & Optimization at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk.
