Tessa Ng

Tessa Ng currently serves in the Institute of Management Strategy at ByteDance, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Tessa worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2021 to July 2023, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, with an anticipated promotion to Consultant and contributing to the Private Equity practice. Earlier experience includes a Summer Analyst position at HSBC Private Banking in June 2019 and a Business Development Intern role at Oddle in June 2018. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed in 2020, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), obtained in 2016.
