Tony Chau

Tony Chau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product solutions and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Solutions Manager at ByteDance since September 2025, Tony previously held several roles at Payoneer from May 2017 to October 2025, including Professional Services Director for the APAC region, Solution and Services Manager for APAC, and Customer Service Manager. Earlier in the career, Tony worked as a Customer Service Specialist at JLL from October 2013 to May 2015. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in China Studies with a focus on Sociology from Hong Kong Baptist University, completed in May 2010.
