Ugo Raffini is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Lark at ByteDance, Ugo oversees multiple departments while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance the distribution of ByteDance technologies. As the founding Head of the Startup Ecosystem at ByteDance, Ugo developed the company's first Startup Program and established strong relationships within the global startup community. Ugo co-founded Homers.fr and previously held significant roles at Staizen, Amaris Consulting, and Schneider Electric, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
