Yongtao Wang

Yongtao Wang is a software engineer currently employed at ByteDance since September 2024. Prior to this role, Yongtao served as a Technical Lead Manager at TuSimple from November 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Developer Tools team and enhancing productivity through the management of a package management toolchain and docker image building service. From October 2012 to October 2021, Yongtao worked as a Senior Software Engineer Manager at Microsoft, contributing as a founding engineer for Azure Logic Apps and developing the frontend prototype for the distributed workflow service. Additionally, Yongtao volunteered as a Computer Science Teacher with TEALS from September 2014 to July 2016. Yongtao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry from Wuhan University.
