Yunjia

Yunjia Ma is a professional with a strong background in human resources and international relations. Currently serving as a Regional HR Partner at ByteDance since July 2025, Yunjia previously worked as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Randstad Japan from April 2023 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes a position as a PR trainee at SONY (CHINA) CO., LTD, where responsibilities involved developing social media content and assisting with internal communications. Yunjia holds a Master of Laws in International Relations and Affairs from 一橋大学, completed in March 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from 中国人民大学, awarded in June 2020.
