Inge Van den Bussche

Inge Van den Bussche is the People & Culture Lead at Byteflies. Inge has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on scrum master, delivery manager, and agile coach roles. In their previous role as Scrum Master at De Persgroep Publishing, they coached scrum masters and teams in their evolution towards delivering business value, high quality software, and in becoming self-organizing and high performing. As a member of the development management team, they also shared knowledge, resolved impediments, recruited candidates, and developed vision. In their current role at Byteflies, they are responsible for leading the people and culture team.

Inge Van den Bussche has a Master's in Information Sciences from the University of Antwerp, and a Master's in Theirtory from Ghent University. Inge also has a certification from Scrum.org in professional scrum master II, and a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Agile Leadership I.
