Pieter Willemsen

Pieter Willemsen is currently a firmware engineer at Byteflies. Prior to that, they worked as an embedded software engineer at OTA keys, where they developed the next generation of their key as a service solution. Pieter has also worked as a tape out support engineer at imec and as a technical support at B-lighting. Pieter has also served as a board member at VTK.

Pieter Willemsen's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from KU Leuven. Pieter followed this with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven. Pieter then completed an Industrial Sciences program at Sint-Jozef instituut. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Integrated Circuits from KU Leuven.

Pieter Willemsen reports to Tim Bogaert, CTO. They work with Leen Toelen - Software Engineer, Waverlee Harvey - Application Engineer & Scrum Master, and Simon Wydooghe - Software Engineer.
