Jhoanna Craig

Jhoanna Craig is the Founder of Bytelaunch Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Irvine, California, established in November 2014, focused on promoting education as a means to achieve a better future. In addition, Jhoanna serves as the Director of Operations at ByteLaunch since 2010, where responsibilities include enhancing operational systems, improving management reporting, and boosting the effectiveness of support services. Previously, Jhoanna held the position of Operations Supervisor of Administration at the U.S. Census Bureau, managing payroll and personnel functions and administering hiring processes for the Local Census Office. Jhoanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2007.
