Nishkaam Bhasin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

From 2021 to present, Nishkaam has been working at Bytescare as the AVP - Sales & Customer Success. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they were a self-employed Sales Marketing Consultant.

In 2015 to 2017, Nishkaam served as the GM - Strategy, Marketing & Exports at YG Cutting Tools Corporation Pvt Ltd, where they implemented a successful brand and product marketing campaign.

From 2012 to 2014, Nishkaam was an Addl. Director at Yellow Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

During 2011 to 2012, Nishkaam held the position of Vice President at Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, overseeing business and strategy development operations.

From 2008 to 2011, Nishkaam was the Dy. General Manager at Videocon Industries Limited, responsible for sales administration and channel management.

From 2005 to 2008, Nishkaam served as the Asst. General Manager at LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, managing branch operations.

Prior to this, from 2001 to 2005, they held the position of Manager at LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, where they focused on business planning and credit control.

In 2000 to 2001, Nishkaam worked as an Area Sales Manager at Carrier Aircon Limited, handling market analysis and sales targets.

At MIRC Electronics Limited (Onida) from 1997 to 2000, Nishkaam held various marketing and product management roles, achieving growth and market penetration through strategic planning and merchandising.

Nishkaam Bhasin completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Production Engineering from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Nishkaam then pursued a Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Nishkaam Bhasin obtained two certifications. In October 2018, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google. Nishkaam also completed a Lean Six Sigma Certification from KPMG India in July 2017.
