Josh Wiggins

Josh Wiggins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Josh began their career as a Switch Operator in the US Army, where they troubleshooted telephonic and data networks and ensured system availability and reliability. After that, they worked as a Network Specialist contractor through TEKsystems for three years before joining AT&T Mobility as a Network Specialist. In this role, they monitored network areas, troubleshooted outages, and accessed routers for troubleshooting assistance. Josh then moved on to AT&T Cisco Hosted Collaborations Solutions, where they held positions as a Network Specialist and later as a Sr. Specialist-Network Support. Currently, Josh is employed at Byteworks as a Solutions Engineer.

Josh Wiggins attended Liberty High School in Bealeton, VA from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a college prep diploma. After high school, Josh enrolled in Georgia State University to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on computer networking.
