Smaranjit Ghose is a skilled academic consultant and educator with a robust background in technology and data science. Currently serving as Chief Academic Consultant at byteXL, Smaranjit has architected innovative learning pathways and conducted expert sessions that significantly enhance student outcomes. Formerly, in the role of Director of Learning at CODINIUS, Smaranjit scaled learning operations and built a network of industry experts while optimizing programs to maintain high satisfaction rates.
