Vaibhav Shukla

Vaibhav Shukla is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Learning and Student Success at byteXL, where focus is on enhancing student engagement for over 30,000 students across tier-2 and tier-3 colleges. Previous roles include Director of Curriculum Development and Assistant Vice President at LEAD School, where notable achievements included significantly raising student performance and managing large teams for content delivery. As Product Head at Avanti Learning Centres, Vaibhav developed a COVID response e-learning program, resulting in broad national reach. Vaibhav's extensive background in education also includes founding EDUCARE INDIA, leading academic initiatives at multiple schools, and holding consultancy roles in curriculum development. Vaibhav holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a Certificate in School Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
