Halee Rogers

Halee Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Halee recently worked at BYU Athletics as the Director of Volleyball Operations starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Athletics Internal Operations Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator - Athletics at Brigham Young University from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, they worked as a Background Verification Analyst at Entrata.

Halee also has experience in conducting internal audits and compliance assessments. In 2020, they completed a capstone project at BYU where they conducted a gender equity audit of the entire Athletic Department to ensure compliance with Title IX regulations. Halee worked closely with the Senior Associate Athletic Director during this project, gaining valuable experience and mentoring.

Before their time at BYY, Halee had internships with the International Trade Administration and the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Securities in 2019. Halee also worked as an English Teacher and Front Office Receptionist at the American Leadership Academy in 2018, and as an MTC Teacher and Training Coordinator at Brigham Young University from 2015 to 2017.

Halee Rogers completed their education as follows: from 2018 to 2020, they attended Brigham Young University and earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a field of study in Public Administration. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they also attended Brigham Young University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Snow College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies.
