Jared Kotter is a seasoned professional in coaching, operations management, and program development, currently serving as the Player Development Coach and Assistant Defensive Coordinator for BYU Athletics Men's Lacrosse, contributing to a program with six national championships. As the founder of Dialed Lacrosse, Jared offers elite lacrosse training in Utah. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Lead Program Manager at Slope School, where innovative educational methodologies were employed, and as Program Manager for International Operations at the Academy for Creating Enterprise, facilitating entrepreneurship in eight countries. Jared has also held various leadership positions at Humanitarian Experience, Inc., overseeing impactful humanitarian projects and brand development. A former national champion and team captain of the BYU Men's Lacrosse team, Jared holds degrees in Communications and Business Management from Brigham Young University.
