Joe Jack Williams currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at Bywater Properties since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios from October 2010 to November 2024, including Partner and Associate, where Joe focused on research to ensure the practice remained at the forefront of design innovation. Joe has experience in academia as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Joe contributed to the CIBSE School Design Group as Secretary and achieved an Engineering Doctorate from UCL, researching the impact of school environments on secondary students. Joe's engineering background includes mechanical engineering roles at URS Corporation and Parsons Brinckerhoff, complemented by advanced degrees in engineering and adaptive architecture.
