Phoebe Purcell

Phoebe Purcell is a Sustainability Manager and Lead Green Guru at Bywaters, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for sustainable performance in client portfolios since January 2020. Previously, as Client Relationship Manager and Recycling Advisor at First Mile, Phoebe contributed to waste and recycling initiatives while building client relationships to drive company growth. Earlier roles included Account Manager at Pearlfinders, where client support and renewal targets were key focuses, and a Research Executive position, which involved interviewing senior marketers to extract valuable insights. Phoebe also gained experience in environmental due diligence at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and completed internships in strategic communications at National Grid. With a Master’s Degree in Physical Sciences/Geography from the University of Hull, Phoebe has demonstrated strong communication skills and a commitment to sustainability throughout various roles.
