Ben Slepian

Ben Slepian has over seven years of experience in various roles at C-Care, including Site Innovation Manager, New Product Introduction Manager, Manufacturing Applications Engineer, and Production Supervisor. Responsibilities have encompassed supervising manufacturing floor operations, planning and assigning work, and developing policies to enhance production efficiency. As a Continuous Improvement Technical Manager, Slepian initiated lean improvement projects aimed at cost savings and operational efficiency. Prior to these roles, Slepian completed a Project Engineer Internship at C-Care, where lean six sigma methods were applied to reduce equipment downtime and waste. Slepian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2016.
