Deputy Director, Ice And Ocean Engineering at C-CORE

Paul Stuckey, M.Eng. P.Eng has a strong background in engineering, with work experience at both C-CORE and Memorial University of Newfoundland. At C-CORE, they started as a Senior Project Engineer in May 2003 and later became the Deputy Director of Ice Engineering in July 2013. Prior to their time at C-CORE, they worked as a Research and Project Engineer at Memorial University of Newfoundland from March 1999 to April 2003.

Paul Stuckey, M.Eng. P.Eng attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. Paul then continued their education at the same university from 2000 to 2008, earning a Master of Engineering degree in Ocean and Naval Architecture.

In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the Marine Emergency Duties (MED) - A1 certificate from Transport Canada - Transports Canada in February 2013. Paul also obtained the P.Eng certification from the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) in October 2007.
